We are registered to provide services for the following categories of people determined by the local Commission Social Care Inspectorate
-Terminally ill
-Old age over 65
-Dementia over 65
-Nursing care for one under 65
-One bed for young disabled
-One bed for young disabled

Service User Guide
A full guide to all our facilities (briefly listed in this brochure) can be found in each residents room.

Visitors
At Beverley Grange we welcome all visitors at any time and encourage them to relax with their family member in any of our spacious lounges or within the residents own private facilities.

Fee structure
Fees are determined on an individual basis following an indepth assessment by the Matron or the Deputy Matron.

The fee is based on the result of this assessment and is confirmed in writing.

Whilst providing a holistic approach to our service, it is paramount to us that the safety and security of all our service users is maintained, therefore we adhere to all government guidelines and legislation.

Complaints
Procedures are in place and can be found in the main entrance of the home along with our complaints form. All complaints are dealt with the upmost importance and urgency.
