The bungalows are an extension of Beverley Grange Nursing Home that have been developed to enable those people who are still able to live in supervised accommodation with minimum input from designated staff who will assist them to remain as independent as possible. 

Beverley Grange is a no smoking home just like the bungalows. There are five double bungalows available with one single, which are registered for assisted living. 

All service users will have a lockable individual bedroom with ensuite facilities; there is a kitchenette area with a shared lounge. Each bedroom has a nurse call point, overhead lighting and rear entrance/exit to garden area and walkway, which leads to the main building 

The lounge area has telephone access along with two nurse call points, aerial for satellite and terrestrial televisions. Kitchenette area has facilities of fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. 

All services provided in the main building are available to all service users of the bungalows, e.g. hairdresser, chiropodist and daily newspaper etc… that are payable from the service users personal allowance.

Beverly Grange is a unique development of 5 x 2 bedroom + 1 x 1 bungalows situated adjacent to the Molescroft Nursing Home. Built with the elderly in mind, the location provides privacy and security coupled with re-assurance and independence. Molescroft is both popular and convenient , being close to the many amenities Beverly has to offer yet secluded enough to be a welcome retreat.

Each property is built to exacting standards with uPVC double glazing throught, gas central heating, fitted kitchen communal gardens. In addition, a dedicated car parking space is available to the front of the property.
